Training Policy

ADSI reserves the right to make changes or cancellations to scheduled classes with insufficient enrollment or in other circumstances. Our training coordinator will make every effort to notify students ahead of time. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Please email cancellation requests to training@goADSI.com or fax them to (202) 659-2810.

Students canceling up to 5 business days before the class will receive a refund less a processing fee of $50.

Students canceling less than 5 business days before the class will not receive a refund but can substitute for another class. Student substitutions are allowed.

Students who are not satisfied with a class can take the class again, attend another class, or be provided with private tutoring offered at a partial refund.
